Welcome to FindPremise. We are building a clean, transparent, and privacy-first real estate platform. Because we do things differently than traditional property portals, our rules are different, too.
By using our website, app, or services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them. We have kept the legal jargon to a minimum.
🔐No Data Sharing with Brokers
Your personal data — your phone number, email, and search history — belongs to you. We will never share, sell, or disclose it to any broker, agent, or third-party middleman.
What we never do
We do not pass your contact details to brokers or property consultants, either directly or through partner APIs. When you enquire about a property on FindPremise, only the verified owner receives your message — never a broker acting in between.
Masked communication
All calls and messages between buyers and sellers on FindPremise are routed through our masked communication layer. Neither party's raw phone number is exposed during the initial contact stage.
Zero tolerance for broker infiltration
If our system detects an account acting as an undisclosed broker — soliciting commissions, contacting multiple users unsolicited, or listing properties they do not own — the account will be immediately suspended and flagged for review.
🔒Your Data & Privacy (Our Promise)
Unlike other platforms, we treat your personal data with respect.
No Selling Data
We will not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or email to third-party marketing agencies, loan providers, or moving companies without your explicit consent.
Communication
We use technology (like call-masking) to connect buyers and sellers. You agree to use the platform's communication tools responsibly. Harassment, spamming, or abusive language toward other users will result in an immediate ban.
✅Listing Accuracy & Verification
We want to eliminate fake listings and bait-and-switch tactics.
If you are a Seller/Owner
You agree that you have the legal right to sell or rent the property you are listing. You agree that all photos, descriptions, and pricing details are accurate and current. If you post misleading information, we will remove your listing.
Platform Verification
While FindPremise actively verifies properties and users to maintain platform integrity, we do not guarantee the structural condition or legal title of any property.
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must conduct their own legal and financial due diligence before signing any agreement or transferring funds.
⚖️The Limits of Our Role
FindPremise is a technology platform. We are the bridge that connects you to the other party.
We are not a real estate agent, a property manager, or a party to any lease, rental, or sales agreement you sign.
We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues that arise between a buyer and a seller after they connect on our platform.
💳Payments and Subscriptions
Currently, basic listing and browsing on FindPremise are free. If you opt for premium services (such as 360° VR shoots, featured listings, or verified field-agent assistance), you agree to pay the fees associated with those services. All payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the digital content has been created.
🚫Account Termination
We want to keep this community clean. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account at any time, without notice, if we believe you are violating these terms, acting fraudulently, or compromising the privacy of our users.
🏛️Governing Law
FindPremise is proudly built and operated in Pune. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
